All fields marked with an asterisk are required. After submitting, you will see your declaration with the date and time of receipt and can save or print it. You will also receive the acknowledgement of receipt by email.
What happens next
We will refund all payments without delay, at the latest within fourteen days, using the same means of payment. If you have already received your membership card and star pin, please return them to us at our expense.
Services already started?
If you requested that the membership begin during the withdrawal period, you pay a reasonable share for the services provided up to the withdrawal.
